The World's First SaaS Factory.
A highly optimised factory-like approach to building not one but hundreds of validated SaaS solutions — and selling them at scale globally.

Minimise Risk. Maximise Returns.
We Are Building the World's First SaaS Factory Because…
95%
of Start Ups Fail
This is not bad luck. It is structural. Four problems repeat across almost every failure.
They build products nobody asked for. No proof the market will pay for it.
Underfunded from day one. They run out of runway before they ever reach product-market fit.
Most founders have never built, scaled, or sold a business before. First-timers in a game where experience is everything.
You never know which idea will take off. Investing in one start up at a time is like throwing a dart at the board and praying it lands.
Why invest in one when you can invest in many?
Turning every risk of the old way into our biggest competitive advantages.
Every product is funded by a paying CEO before we scale. The market votes with its wallet first.
We are cash flow positive from day one. The customer funds the build. We never burn runway on speculation.
People who have run and sold SaaS businesses earn a place on this team. No first-timers on a learning curve.
Not one binary bet. Exposure across hundreds of validated products. Multiple shots at market-dominating winners.
Five phases. Repeated across 50 industries. Scalable, systematic, proven.
We go to CEOs in target industries and identify their most severe operational bottlenecks — problems existing solutions cannot address.
The ideas come from real businesses with real pain points.
The CEO invests $10K–$100K for a custom solution. It is built, implemented in their live environment, and validated against real operational results.
Paid proof of concept. Real validation. Zero guesswork.
Our engineering team modularises and packages the validated solution into a market-ready SaaS product ready for the wider industry.
The custom build becomes a repeatable product.
Dedicated sales units deploy the product across the entire industry. Cross-selling, bundling, and shared leads across verticals maximise acquisition efficiency.
Your investment goes where the ROI is highest.
Our plan is to have 150 SaaS SKUs live by 2030. The ones that are not selling we cull quickly. The ones that are profitable we double down on. Your investment is deployed where we are generating the highest ROI.
Cull the losers. Double down on the winners. Scale what works.
The CEOs we build for are not just clients. They are partners with skin in the game. When their solution succeeds in the market, they earn from it — forever.
The CEO's business runs on it. They are incentivised to give real feedback and ensure the product solves the actual problem.
A perpetual revenue share means every CEO becomes a motivated ambassador. Warm introductions. Case studies. Industry credibility.
When the product sells across their industry, the CEO earns a royalty on every deal. Their success is our success.

Revenue Share Partnership
The CEO receives a perpetual royalty on every customer we sell to in their industry. They stay in business. We build and sell. Everyone benefits.

Portfolio Management
Kill the ones that are not shipping.
Double down on the winners.
Your investment is not lost on the ones we cull. It remains spread across the entire portfolio. It only takes one to hit for this to be a massive success.
We are not theoretical. These are active conversations, builds, and explorations happening right now across multiple industries.

Founder & CEO
Sold RT Reporting, a B2B SaaS to a US buyer, 2023
Grew to 200+ companies across AU, UK & NZ
Years consulting startups on go-to-market & sales
Only operators who have run startups work here
In 2023 I sold my first SaaS business, RT Reporting, a B2B cash flow forecasting solution that helped business owners run three-way projections across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow. We grew that business to over 200 companies across Australia, the UK and New Zealand before selling to a US buyer.
Since then I have been consulting with numerous startups on go-to-market strategy, sales and marketing funnel optimisation, and revenue generation. What I have found is that the hard part in software is not building the product — it is knowing what steps are required to build a proper business.
People who have run businesses before are far more likely to succeed than those who have never done it. At From Zero To 100, only people who have worked in startup environments earn the privilege of being on the team.
